We're HIRING! SENIOR HR ADVISOR, KSA:- We are working with the World's leading safety and performance standards experts across the maritime sector, who are committed to impartiality and integrity in their search for a new Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly team in Saud Arabia.

Role requirements: Generalist HR knowledge and experience across HR disciplines. Experience of dealing with employee relations issues and good knowledge of local employment legislation, works councils etc. A graduate or appropriately qualified professional e.g. CIPD. Stakeholder management and relationship building internally and externally.

Extensive knowledge of local KSA labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Experience in advising on employment and immigration matters in multiple jurisdictions across Middle East and Africa region, including the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, South Africa, Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Kazakhstan, and Mozambique, is a strong advantage.

Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Saudi government portals, including QIWA, GOSI, Mudaad and Muqeem, to effectively manage HR operations, employee services, and compliance requirements. In-depth knowledge of corporate insurance policies including renewals, compliance and the way insurance frameworks operate.
